مشكل مع netller

السلام عليكم

دائما لما أريد أن أقوم بتفعيل حسابي و أرسل بطاقة التعريف و فاتورة الهاتف لكنه دائما تصلني هذه الرسالة

We have reviewed your document submission, and we have not been able to accept all of your documents, as detailed below :

Identity Verification Document

We cannot accept your identity document because of the following: Not a valid ID issued by a government; or Unable to verify this type of ID document. Please send us a scanned photo identification document issued by the government in the country you are currently residing. This may include a Resident Visa or Visa Permit. Please note that we cannot accept military identification cards, because of the difficulty of verifying their authenticity.

As a reminder, here are our standard requirements for ID documents:

o Your ID must be current (not expired)
o The image must be clearly legible and show all four corners and all four edges of the page
o The image must be sent as an attachment (not embedded in the text of your email) in either a JPG, JPEG, or GIF format
o You must send your email from the email address that is registered on your NETELLER account
o We must see your picture, full name, date of birth, signature, and the document number
o Passports should be open to the page showing your photo and full passport number. Include a second image of the page showing your signature if that is on a different page in your passport.
o When sending ID cards or driving licenses, make sure to include separate images of both the front of the card as well as the back of the card. Ensure that we can clearly see your ID card or license number
Address Verification Document

The address verification document you sent has been accepted. No additional address verification documents are required at this time.

الأمر بسيط وليس معقدا كما تظن

الشركة لم تقم بقبول الوثائق المرسلة إليها من طرفك وتقول أنها لا تقبل مثل هذه الوثيقة للتفعيل

وتطلب منك رفع وثيقة أخرى حتى يتم التفعيل

وأنا عن تجربة شخصية أنصحكم برفع الوثائق التالية

1- صورة من بطاقة التعريف الوطني للوجهين ويجب أن تكون الصورة واضحة
أو قم برفع صورة من جواز الصفر.

2- صورة من فاتورة الكهرباء أو فاتورة الهاتف

3- صورة من كشف رصيد ccp
أو شيك ccp

4- قم بكتابة توضيح لهم إن كونت تقيم مع الوالدين أو شيء أخر.

قم بنسخ هذه الرسالة

السلام عليكم
تجربي مع النيتلر وهي قمت بالتسجيل ثم قمت برفع صورة من بطاقة التعريف الوطني للوجهين ويجب أن تكون الصورة واضحة وفاتورة الكهرباء وهي باسم ابي وتم كل شيء بنجاح وقبلو الوثائق وطلبت كرت net+ وهي في الطريق وقمت بنفس العملية لصديقين ونجحت

لقد قمت بطلبها باسم أبي
يعني بطاقة التعريف الخاصة بأبي و فاتورتي الكهرباء و الهاتف لأبي

الافضل رخسة سياقة بدون مشاكل وان لم يكن وثائق الكتابة واضحة وجدد

مالحل ؟؟؟؟
لدي بطاقة التعريف طبعااا
لكن دائما يقولون +18
كرهت ...
لاني ساعمل في احد المواقع
وهو سهل جدااا
انا اجيد البرمجة والتصميم جيدااا
