غلق حسابي في mychoice وبه 100 دولار مالعمل

انا استلمت اليوم 100 دولار في البطاقة بعد تحويلها من بايبال لكن قاموا بغلق الحساب واخذ كل الأموال ماهذا ياقوم ؟
