عملية شراء غير عادية على موقع ebay

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعلى وبركاته

بعد شرائي لسلعة على موقع ebay وصلني إيميل مباشرة بأنه سيتم إعلامي عندما تشحن
لكن هذه المرة أشاروا إلى أن البائع ترك لي رسالة أسفل الإيميل وهي كالتالي :

Hi hocine,
Congratulations on your win the eBay item {Item title}!
If it is convenient to you,would you please clear the payment early so that we can dispatch the parcel for you as soon as possible.
If you do not pay for the item within 8 days,ebay will send an unpaid item case to you,It may do affect on your ebay account.

By the way,you contact us to cancel it.If you do not like the item any more.

Any problem about payment,please do not hesitate to contact us.
We will try our best to solve it for you.

لم أفهم ماذا يقصد في الفقرة الأولى
ظننت في البداية أن عملية الدفع لم تكتمل وأنه يجب الدخول إلى باي بال والتأكيد لكني وجدت العملية Completed
أرجوا أن توضحوا لي هذه الرسالة وأجركم على الله
