Who is the Good English Teacher

i'm not sure but i think i've participated before........this doesn't prevent me to add my point view twice:so i see that a good teacher must be a good person first.........i mean morally.......he has to deal with all the personalities of his students........he had to be patient and skillful and he should have a good background .....i mean a great knowledge of pedagogy and psychology of the student behaviours......in my own point of view........

good dealing my friend......it's so long!!!!!! we've not discussed.....
