السلام عليك أخي شكرا لك على موضوعك القيم لكيفية استرجاع النقود من شركة نصابة ولكن أنا اتبعت الخطوات المذكورة في الشرح وقد أرسل إلي موقع alertpay هذه الرسالة علما أنني قد احتيل علي من موقع onbux منذ حوالي 4 أشهر

We apologize for the inconvenience, but you may only dispute a transaction made within 30 days of the original payment date. Please refer to our User Agreement for more information: https://www.alertpay.com/en/legal.aspx

Please note that this time frame exists so we can trace and reverse the disputed funds without issue. After 30 days, it can become increasingly difficult to find funds that may have already been dispersed into several other accounts or withdrawn.
