Is it appropriate to flood threads with thanks?

the forum forces that sometimes , like for new members they can't put links or upload photos unless they have 30 contributions and they need 60 to just contact one of the supervisors,

with all respect but i think it's kinda stupid

This point has already been raised and discussed earlier ^^,
and by the way your own reply to this thread illustrates that "thank you" is
not the only reply option nor the appropriate.

You may have missed what has been said in previous replies even though they are few and relevant.
Imagine if this thread was flooded with "thank you"; it would be more likely that either
you miss what has already been said or that your reply will be unseen.
