ur age
ur job
the correction of ur glasses n its kind n from when do u wear it
how many time do u spend it on computer
do u have an allergy against the sun or another thing

i am almost 19
student
well my doctor gave them to me because i have an allergy i wore them 3 months ago i guess though i 've suffered from the allergy for 13 years n he said they would protect me +they are good to help my eyes while using my computer n he said that i have a lil sigh problem not too much dangerous plus i shed tears becuse of sun light n tv n computer's n form me i spent almost the whole day infront of the computer or my phone n it's not correct i know

ok ok thats why ur eyes becoming so red
the allergy make them red

do u have any medicaments coz u must follow a treatment to get rid the allergy n automateclly get rid the hurt of ur eyes

my advices to u are;
1) dont spend long time in ur cumputer or phone (every half hour or an hour take break for 5 to 10 mins)
2) the tv must be far of u(in general the tv must be far from us 4 m but in algeria "dhig wtartig" hhhh)
3)sleep good sister
4) wash ur eyes by Serum 3 or 4 times / day n after 20 min u can instill the eye drop of the doctor
5) beacuse u have an allergy from the sun use sunglasses but original ones not the contrefeit ones (they r so dangreous )
6)decrease the light of pc
7) when u read sothing the light of the room must be good
8) keep wearing ur glasses( in ur case use any reflect glasses) sepicially when u study or reading some books or when use th pc
9) be far from any Allergen (Pollen ;House dust mite;Dust;Smell of sweat,,ect)
10) u must go to a doctor to give u a treatment for the allergy
