I'm a fun of one of the American series ( suits), and recently I had heard some thing about dreams, but it does not really suits what you are trying to say through your contribution, any way would like to share it,

actually it's very interesting (i mean the quote).
but to have goals you should first have dreams
don't you forget the greatset speech in time
MARTIN LUTHER's speech: " I have a dream"

it all starts with a dream; after all success is the result of the great combination DREAMS + determination+hard work.

PS: what you said is true in a way, because i think it means that you should not dream all the time without doing anything,instead you should work hard to achieve your goals.
