What’s the story of driving on the opposite side on the road? Why the British drive on the left? I think only THE HISTORY which has the full answer.

The History:

Well, it’s believed that this dates back to when horsemen ,armed with swords, preferred to keep to the left of each other in order for their swords arm to be nearer to potential opponents. Similarly, Jousting was done with the lance in the right hand and so the horsemen had to keep the left of each other.
In Britain, cars drive on the opposite side on the road from the majority of the European countries. This may largely be due to the fact that Britain was not conquered by Napoleon. Napoleon required the countries he conquered to conform to the French practice of driving on the right.
Nowadays, the process of changing to conform to the European norm would be too complicated, for years to come; tourists driving onto British soil must remember to remind themselves, «Don’t forget to drive on the left”.
Wow, it’s a good thing when a country respects its past and what’s really wonderful when trying to benefit from. well, I wish to enjoy reading this blog and of course I’d like to see your comments on………I would be glad if the comments contain members ‘point of views.

That’s so true we named””the third world» since we’re the first in breaking the rules but as I know and what I learnt from my teacher «even the impossible can be possible”ofcourse if we work hard and as the English proverb says «many hands make a light work». In my opinion the less thing that a person can do just try to ask his self “why we’re named like that? Be sure that after getting the answer he’ll understand. I k now that «wish» hasn’t a role here since If we could get all the things we wanted just by making a wish, everyone would have all he ever wanted “If wishes were horses, beggars would ride”

U r an open mind person ,that's really cool in country like this
can't got all we need to build a brain new life style but we've got a power no hope
A power need real and smart people ,
make wishes can't help us , make powerful and healthy economy can push us the hit the top
