it's acually one of my favorites

i believe it's deep and has different meanings
in my opinion i think it may mean:

1/ that we should always work (Getting busy) either we are healthy or we are dying
because working is worshiping.

2/ or it may mean you have one choice
either you do your best to live in better conditions
or you live in anyway life offers you


so i believe it means that it's our choice whereas to be Happy or Not..

to me it means do something with your life, whatever it is but do it to truly live your life and do not waste your time waiting to die
the good thing with this phrase is that there is no wrong answer. Everyone has a different idea.
