Do other creatures mess with the food they eat

You are what you eat. When you decide which foods to eat and what is the way to prepare them, your choices do much more than pleasing your taste buds. They actually
affect your health in a straightway.

To keep healthy:

Cut out all the chemically amended, processed, dead and stale food stuff which Big Food creatt(es and thats a big and important start to staying healthy.

Cut out the nicotine, alcohol and all those other "legal" drugs (medications) and one has a chance to live a life free of dis-ease.

Avoid all the genetically modified organisms. Manufacturers are using you as a guinea pig to make money. After all, its always been profits before people. There is no money in healthy people. This is where pharmaceutical companies come into play. Business as usual in capitalism principles. No markets, no money, no need for War-Street. (oh sorry, i meant wall-Street).

Eat foods that spoil that's fine, but eat them before they do. Eat more raw foods and eat them in their good conditions and natural state. Didn't you notice that humans are the only creatures who mess with the food they eat? How many are as sick as humans?
Plato once said: "And we have made of ourselves living cesspools, and driven doctors to invent names for our diseases."

Do not alcohol, tobacco, aluminum, caffeine, aspartame, canola, fluoride, chlorine, mercury, nitrites, Nutrasweet, sucralose, sugar and vaccinations constitute biological and chemical warfare against us.
