توصلت عبر الإيمايل برسالة من باينور وجاء فيها أنه تم حظر بطاقتك وهذا هو مضمون الرسالة أرجو من خبراء باينور إعطائي حل سريع لهذه المشكلة

Dear Ameur,

It seems that your card has been compromised. We have blocked your card to prevent any future unauthorized transactions. In blocking your card, all additional features to transfer funds out of your Payoneer Account will also be temporarily disabled. You will be able to regain access to these features once you receive and activate your new card.

1. To get a new replacement card:

We will order a new card for you via regular mail, and you will be charged a replacement card fee of $12.95.

Please log on to your Payoneer Account and reply to this e-mail with the following details:

Your date of birth
ID number used for registration (National ID, passport, driver's license or military ID number) or Social Security Number (for US residents)
The shipping address used for your previous card delivery (If you want us to send the card to your new address, please also provide us with a proof of residence in form of a government issued ID or a copy of a recent utility bill that state your name and address)
The authorization number (transaction number) for the transaction/s in question. The transaction can be found by logging in to the Payoneer Account and clicking on the relevant transaction details
If you would like the card to be shipped via DHL, the shipping fee for the DHL service is $60 (4-7 business days). Please Note: Actual shipping times depend on DHL service availability.Cards will only be sent via DHL if there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the shipping fee.
