لقد نسيت الرقم السري و الجواب السري في البنك الالكتروني paypal

إتصل بخدمة الزبون customer support سيطلبون منك إثبات الهوية قم بإرسال صورة ممسوحة scanned من بطاقة التعريف الوطنية ..بعد التأكد من هويتك يطلبون منك إعطاءهم سؤال أمان جديد و بواسطته تستطيع إعادة وضع رقم سري جديد

اخي كل الطرق التي وضعوه لي لا توجد فيها طريقة تغيير كلمة السر بابطاقة التعريف الوطنية

كلها تنتهي بسؤال السري

Thank you for taking the time to email us. Customers who use this form tend to have questions about passwords and I wanted to share some information that you may find helpful.

A. How to change your password or security questions

C. How to recover your password if you cannot access your email

How to change your password or security questions:

If you are able to log in to your account and you want to change your password or security questions, go to Profile and click Change beside "Password." You can then edit the account information you want to change.

How to recover your password by email:

If you have forgotten your password, click Problem with login under account login. Click I don't know my password and enter the email address you used to create your PayPal account. When prompted, enter the security code shown, without spaces and then click Continue.

Next, we'll send you an email or ask you to verify some account information. If we send you an email, click the link in the email to create a new password.

How to recover your password if you cannot access your email:

If you have forgotten your password, click Problem with login under account login. Click I don't know my password and enter the email address you used to create your PayPal account. When prompted, enter the security code shown, without spaces and then click Continue. Click By phone, then follow these steps:

1. Select a phone number for us to call you at and pick a time.
2. Enter an email address we can reach you at that is different from the one on your account.
3. Click Continue to receive the 4-digit code.
4. When we call you, enter the 4-digit code into your phone.
5. Click Continue.
6. Select a method of account verification, enter your information, and click Continue.
7. Enter a new password and click Submit. You will be automatically logged in to your account.

After you create a new password, you can add your current email address to your PayPal account and remove the email address that you do not use. You can do this in the profile section of your account. Click Update beside "Email" and then click Add. After you have entered your email address click Save and then Make primary to complete the process.

We will send an email to your new email address. Click the link in the email to confirm your new email address.

We know this email doesn't answer every question about passwords. If you'd like more information, please reply with as many details about your situation as possible. The more specific you are, the better I'll be able to help you.

أخي اتصل بهم مباشرة حول الهاتف أو أعطي لشخص من اصدقائك يتكلم مكانك سواء بالفرنسية او الانجليزية
كل مثل هذه المشكل تحل بالاتصال للبنكى لانه يحل المشكل في وقت بسيط بدلا من الاتصال عبر الدعم تستغرق الكثير من الوقت للرد وز في حالة الرد يطلب منك شيء آخر يعني يتعبك
اتصل بهم و ابلغهم انك نسيت كلمة المرور و الجواب ولكن لدي وثائق تثبث ملكيبتي للحساب بعدها يطلبونك منك مباشرة ان ترفقهم بها على ايميل الدعم
تعاملت معهم كثيرا عبر الهاتف و حلت مشكلاتي وفقت

both paypal security question and password are lost
