بعد الارتفاع الجنوني في سعر البايسيرا قررت ان اراسل الدعم الفني للاشتكاء من السعر المبالغ فيه و الاستفسار لماذا نحن بالذات من سائر الدول لدينا سعر خاص
الدعم الفني بعد تلقي رسالتي حولها مباشرة نحو احد المسؤولين في البنك التي اجابت على كل اسئلتي و هذه الايمايلات التي تلقيتها منها

My colleague told me about your email, that you wrote to us previously. First of all, i would like to say thank you, to you, and to all people who is ordering our paysera visa cards. We really appreciate it.

I would like to explain you, why prices for paysera visa are high for this moment. Really, algeria is a country, where we are sending a lot of our visa credit cards. The number of visa cards sent to algeria is really high. Because of that, at this moment, we are almost out of credit card stock, and we are waiting, till the new paysera visa cards will arrive to us. Here i would like to inform you also, that we already manufactured our new cards. They will be with the totally different design, and also they will have contactless nfc technology. Till that moment, when they will arrive to us, we raised the price for our current visa card. Why? - because we want give possibility to order our visa card for the people and for the companies, who really need this card. Also, all the cards now we are sending via registered post office. After we will have new ones, we will lower the price, as it was before - 3eur.

You wrote to us such text - "..tou are the only bank that support algeria for now..". We would like to hear more information from you, about what is the situation in algeria with credit cards for this moment? It will help us to understand more, and do some changes in the future. What does it mean, that we are only bank, that supports algeria? I will really appreciate, if you will help us with this information.

في هذا الايمايل هي تشرح لي سبب ارتفاع سعر الكرت كون الجزائريين هم اكثر من طلبها، و بسبب ذلك هم حاليا تقريبا من دون بطاقات لذلك اضطروا الى رفع سعرها حتى لا يطلبها الا من يحتاجها حقا كون بطاقتهم هي للافراد و الشركات
على حد سواء
اما بالنسبة للبطاقات الجديد فستكون احسن من الاولى كونها تحتوي على خاصية nfc و ستعود الى السعر الاولي 3 يورو
البطاقات الجديدة ستكون جاهزة بعد شهر الى شهرين من الان كما يوضحه هذا الايمايل

المسؤولة طلبت مني توضيحا لماذا الجزائريون يطلبون البطاقات من عندهم فقط فاخبرتها انهم البنك الوحيد الذي يدعم الجزائر و قد بدت سعيدة و طلبت مني نشر الايمايالات في المنتديات للتوضيح لكم
كانت لنا ايضا محادثة حول ارسال البطاقات بالبريد المسجل الى الجزائريين، و قد اخبرتني انهم سيدرسون الوضع

Because you are the first person from algeria who wrote to us, i would like to also ask for a help from you. I know that in algeria you have some channels, ********, or other forums, where you discussing about paysera visa cards. If it is possible, i would like to ask you, to share the information provided by me in the previous email about paysera visa card, with other algerian people who use paysera. Just to explain them, why the prices now are higher, and that we are manufacturing new paysera visa cards with nfc technology. Is it will be possible for you? We just want to take care about all our clients, and provide this information to them.
Another thing, we are still trying to find solution, how to send our visa cards to algeria more faster. We tried to contact by phone your main algerian post office www.poste.dz, but, we didn't received any answer from them (maybe because we talked in english with them, really i dont know). Our question is, is there is a way, to deliver our cards more faster inside algeria? I mean, we can deliver them faster from lithuania, to algerian main post office, but from there, we don't know how to do it faster. Maybe there is some special private companies, or poste.dz can provide us faster delivery for extra money inside algeria? Maybe you know something about it?

في الختام لا يسعني الا ان ارفع القبعة لكمية الاحترام التي لقيتها من الدعم الفني لبايسيرا و ايضا اوجه نداء الى الاخوة هنا، من فضلكم الذي لا يحتاج البطاقة و ليس لهم تعاملات فلا داعي لان يطلبها
فهذا اخر بنك بقي يدعم الجزائر
