- Identity verification document
Acceptable identity verification documents include:
• Passports;
• ID cards;
• Driving licenses.
Important requirements for identity verification documents:
• Your identity document should be valid (it should not have expired).
• Your identity document should be a colour copy.
• The copy should be clearly legible and should include the four corners and all four edges of the page.
• The copy should be submitted in a *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.bmp, *.gif, *.png or *.pdf file.
• We should be able to see your photo, full name, birth date, signature and the document number.
• Passports should be open to the page on which your photo and passport number are available. Send a second copy of the page with your signature, if it is on another page on your passport.
• When sending an ID card (or a driver's license which contains personal details or issue/expiry date on the back side) be sure to include a separate copy of the front and back of the document. Make sure we can clearly see the number of your ID card or driver's license.
