can I answer ...for me It is simpel.... English its our third ******** it means that the importanse came backe to Arabic first and Frensh than English in last ..... and I think in same time student are not antressted with English
And we see this in this days when the lesten of English cam , all student go out ......what is this ???
So we can say that our peuple are not abele to stady English ...I think it is lik that ....

but we are not like in the past.english is an international lge
instead of almost each 1year or 2 years the minister make decisions to change books and make other books with new syllabls
according to the development in every domains
the same thing with english.Time is progressed .................and every word speak english .it should in the same level like frensh why not
