the difference with the new system the field of teaching English is larger and wilder than the previous one
to give you a very simple idea in the previous approach we used to deal with one learning objective
e.g: Narrating past events ( using simple past tense) we used to deal
with such learning objective during the whole week about 4 to 5 hours whereas now we deal with it in one seance the field was limited
in the previous approach.
another thing to say about the new approach ( CBA) Competency Based approach involves the previous one ( Communicative Approach)
i.e, the communicative approach is the CORE of the CBA which aims to use the ******** in a real life situation through a problem solving situation which is more motivating for the learners
