Bail and switch means that something is advertised to the general public at a price that is appealing. the potentil buyer is sucked in ( Bail) on the basis of advertising . Upon arrival the advertised item has been sold but the sales person has another semilar switch item that you would just love it in ist plase .The switch is usually of a lesser quality .
This not an ethical business practice .so what is ethical for business or organization conscience is the basis of ethics .Both ethics and business are human traits .Any ethical business starats with a leader with conscience .standards and values .
