To the editor,
I’ve read your opinion article about diversity which was entitled “mixed
neighbourhood”….I think it’s a great idea to live in harmony and peace with other
communities.
Imagine the wonderful diversity of living in a neighbourhood with all sorts of
different people.
I think it could be very enriching to live amongst people of different ethnic origins and
social backgrounds. It would be like having the entire world at your doorstep.
How can you understand others if you don’t know them? Living in a multiethnic
neighbourhood is a perfect opportunity to get to know other peoples and cultures.
