How can I use well prepostions in the phrase.. I know not the difference between them ?
So What does each one express ( the main ones just)

I see, you want to know about transitions
For example,at the start you it's possible to write:first of all,to begin with or to strat with
if you wanna add something,in addition,moreoverwhat is more? furthermore,as well
when you finish,finally,to sum up,to conclude,in brief

Try to use simple words, and don't talk too much to avoid mistakes
In brief,precise and concise

Coming to your second question,sentence
هي الجملة يعني تلقى فعل وفاعل ومفعول به وتلقاها complete
بصح phrase مفيهاش هذا الشيء معناها ناقصة
