أولا و قبل كل شيء أشكر المشرف و الساهرين علي هده النافدة, و أرجوا أن أجد جوابا لاستفساري و شكرا. أنا سجلت العام الماضي سنة أولي دكتوراه في جامعة و أريد أن أنتقل الي جامعة أخري نتيجة لظروف خاصة. فهل يجب علي أن أعيد التسجيل من جديد, و مادا يترتب عن تسجيل العام الماضي في الجامعة السابقة. أرجوا افادتي أعانكم الله وشكرا |

لكن المرسوم التنفيذي يحتوي فقط على شروط الترقية و هي معروفة : التثبيت + ثلاث تسجيلات متتالية، و لا يحتوي على محتوى الطلب الخطي الذي طلب منا، على كل حال سأحرره بطريقتي الخاصة، أنا أردت الاستفادة من الزملاء الذين سبقوني في هذه الترقية فلعلهم يفيدوني تحياتـــي |
