I don't agree with you sir because the problem is in the student not in the teacher
I have seen many great teachers who are ready to start with them from the alphabet but they don't want to learn

All my teachers so far in this point of my life are ready to teach and for me..........i think that they are doing their job and to prove it to you this year in my secondary school we made an english club and we meet each monday and thursday afternoon and we made a magazine and a lot of things even i wouldn't think that we'll be able to do it
And the important that we learnt how to speak english freely and not to be afraid of speaking it

Long time no see... anyway I was overwhelmed in some projects..
I am very happy to see this forum always enlivened..
the best way to treat bad students is by cooperation with school personel and parents.. and trying to understand their social situation..
there are many parameters and considerations to concider before rashing into punishment of taking decision
