for the question, i totaly agree
leaders should be so outgoing inorder to be called great
just like the sister said; they are the ones giving orders and taking the great dicisions
so having a strong personality and especially attitude to show power and strength.
and when it comes to self_confidence it's a must because each leader _ in whatever domain _ is obliged to give speeches in front of a large audiance. so, if the audionce feels that he is nervous or feeling insecure they won't even take time to think about what he is saying.
so this is a fondamental pnt
being socioble, in the other hand requires " the presence " when his personality should stands out of the other personnalities.

yeah exactly taht what it meant to be self confidence appears clearly in sermons and the Oratorical style of the leaders and especially in campaigns of the presidential ellections this point is counted just like what happened to
JFK VS Richard Nixon
pyshochologists and Body Lang-age experts announced that listing to the debate of the two presidents through a radio Nixon was the winner but watching the debate in tv it was lucid that JFK was the winner why?
because his body Lang-age was clearly showing a great confdence and less nervousness but Nixon was extreamly nervous and he was sweating. a diffrence!

I read a lot of articles about body Lang-uage n english an dthey were so funny I read one in Arabic but it was not lucide to me and I really learned how to use it and I used it hhahahahahahahahahahahahaha with many persons hhhhhhh this is so devilish
something very funny whch when someone got his nose holes getting big when seeing another person hhhhhhhhhhhh it's a sign of admiring or something like that héhéhé
