أنا قصتي قصة مع التفعيل و لم أجد من يعينني

لقد قمت باتباع ارشادات الإخوة هنا و بعثت رسالة بالفرنسية للدعم نصها كالتالي :

mon nom est benhalima ali. J'ai essayé d'ajouter un compte bancaire américain sur mon profil, mais je reçois un message d'erreur qui dit: «vous ne pouvez pas ajouter une banque en ce moment". S'il vous plaît aider moi parce que je voulais ajouter ce compte bancaire de sorte que je peux retirer mes gains paypal.
>ce sont les détails de la banque que j'ai essayé d'ajouter à ma paypal qui a abouti à l'erreur ci-dessus:

بعد مدة تم الرد على رسالتي بالآتي :

merci de nous avoir contactés.

Veuillez ajouter un compte / une carte bancaire algérien à votre compte paypal.

و بعدها أجبت على نفس الرسالة :

mais ma carte est payonner et c'est américain!
S'il vous plais aidez moi.

فأعادو علي نفس الجواب المذكور أعلاه....

ثم قلت أتصل بهم هاتفيا و المسألة سهلة كما يزعم الكثير من الإخوة....

و بعد العديد من المحاولات (لأنني لم أكن أعرف التوقيت) قمت بالاتصال بهم ثلاث مرات

و في المرات الثلاث لم أفهم منهم شيءا و لم يفهمو مني هههههه

لأن لغتي الانجليزية منعدمة ههههههه

بعدها قلت أبعث نص الرسالة التي يعرضها الإخوة بالإنجليزي

و هذا نصها :

و طلبت العون من الإخوة فلو كان هناك من يعرف الانجليزية أدفع له مقابل الاتصال بهم نيابة عني لعل المشكل يحل
