The MS3 level is the ( hardest) level of the 4 years middle school teaching

It is based on speaking about 70% , so here the teacher needs to challenge his or her learners , expose them to problem solving situations , try to re-invest what your learners have already seen during the 2 years of Middle School.

Be patient , try to listen to them , the warming up phase is very important , ( breaking the ice) it helps a lot to to lead the learners in the new lesson

this depends on the classroom ( although we prepare the lesson and all the details but 1% may change all what we prepared depending on the CLASSROOM SITUATION and the Learners motivation , we find something that helps us to go directly and challenge our learners

The most important thing that teachers should take into account is ask our selves

WHO ARE MY LEARNERS?

if we know who are our learners the problem is 50% solved ( we know them by names - I advise to deal with the learners using their names not their family names this will make your learners more confident and feel at ease when you talk to them
Try to know the maximum about them ( try to set an information card at the beginning of the school year in which you know all the details of your learners) this will help you while interacting with them to save time and also to prevent hurting any one the learners if you deal with a topic ( like orphans,....

try to know their likes and dislikes , this will make you plan your lesson according to their interests ( learner centered teaching)
If teachers take into account all these points , the lessons will be great , the learners will feel involved and concern , and this is the key that will make them interact and interpret and finally produce

So do not teach the book teach about the book ( program ) , do not be the slave of the book try to vary the technics ( use modern technology means < laptop - iphone - data show....
It has been that they motivate the learners more and more

These are just very simple idea , I am sure you can do better and better
