I'm sorry i'm too late the fact I'm terribly sick I can't sit for a long time infront of the PC
well the matter of grading a teacher from his students
I totally Disagree I can't Imagine this happening to me in the furture
first:
the student is able to test himself only
not another
second
The student don't know everything about what the teacher is going through
sometimes when the student don't understand a lesson they directly think that the teacher himself didn't understand the lesson rather than thinkng of themselves or the methods of teaching between brackets the methods and approaches that the ministry of education asked to imply in teaching secondary and intermediate students are hard and complicated as well as the BOOKS
Third:
If the students have a doubt that their teacher is unable to teach in the right way
the role is of the inspector here coz when the inspector visits the teachers his role is to see if they use the right methods and if he's doing well in the psychopedagogy fields plus
the lessons plan if something wrong with the teacher he'll directly warn him/her and if it's that bad the teacher will be excluded as I think normally but this decision is not applicated 100%

I liked the idea of writing comments as an annonymous so that the teacher will see what to do with the negative comments
actually I used this option in 2012 with 3rd year students of secondary school and I recieved 6 negative comments from 25 as a total

i think that 6/25 is very good for a beginer


because only the teacher knows how difficult teaching can be,k
'cuz it's a great responsibility.


there is no such a bad teacher _ unless he cheats _
only bad mastery of what you priviousely mentioned "psychopedagogy "


when i hav such a problem with my teacher
i personnaly send them letters (i don't have a problem in mentioning my name)
i just have to know how to go into the subject
without letting the teacher feel disrespected in anyway
