Thanks for this work but I would like to draw your attention to a serious mistake you did in this report..
A very important point is that When reporting, all the events and facts (here we are talking about your questions and your informants' answers) all these acts are supposed to be past events. Thus, the appropriate tense here should be the
PAST.
So this sentence

practised sport,then why they
liked to practise
And of course it is the same way with the remaining verbs
