![]() السلام عليكم إخواني منذ أيام قمت بطلب بطاقة جديدة بييوننير مع العلم أن بطاقتي كانت تعمل عادي وكلنت مدة صلاحية مازالت لكن طلبت البطاقة الجديدة ظنا مني أن البطاقة الجديدة أحسن من القديمة مع تغيير نظام بييونيير لكن تصادفت من أن بطاقت الجديدة لا أستطيع شحنها بخاصية كارت تو كارت لقد إشتريت من المنتدى مبلغ 100 دولار كارت تو كارت لاكن تفاجئت أن المبلغ ألغية و أعيد إلى المرسل راسلت الدعم قالو أنني لا أستطيع أن أستقبل مبالغ من الخواص... كيف الحل هل يمكنني أن أرجع البطاقة القديمة... وقالو لي أيضا أنه لا يمكن ختى إستقبال من حسابي في البايبال.أظن أن باييونيير غيرت قوانينها و ستشمل جميع الأعضاء عند إستبدال البطاقة .هل أتخلى على بطاقة البييونيير و أطلب بطاقة أخرى....شكرا
