i will tell you sir
first the teacher needs to make his students love the subject and thats by showing the student that english is important in our world
second,the teacher have to use different ways in teaching like giving them riddles,tongue twisters;idioms and so on.......and that makes them feel that this subject is not booring
third,the teacher have to make his student search.....and search......and search,when the student search they can get a lot of information and feel happy and learn
finally,the teacher need to make his student speak english in the class room

i love teaching and i think that it is the most wonderful and nobel job ever
however,the student of these days make it booring and hard
and if i didnt get my dream maybe i will be a teacher,and why not

in my opinion:the best teacher is the one who knows how to deal with students.......neither friendlly, nor angrelly......why?

because the teacher who deals with students as his friends will face a big problem later because most of them won't show

him respect that means their relation is not of teacher-student but that of friend -friend which is ----in my point of view----

forbiden in the field of teaching

he must be50/50 when dealing with students......in other words:to play with carrots and sticks....
