I think the problem is in the different meanings of the following words and expressions: -shoots- holds him under water and hangs. to shoot may be is to push him outside i.e they go out.holds him under water may be means that she follows him under rain i. e:they walk under rain. hangs may be means that they remain in the air to dry. and after all this naturally they have to enjoy a wonderful dinner
