كشف وزير التربية الوطنية، عبد اللطيف بابا احمد، عن تقليص عدد الحراس في قاعات إجراء امتحانات الأقسام النهائية، من أجل تمكين مرشحي البكالوريا من العمل في ظروف أقل ضغطا، فيما سيتم رفع أجر تصحيح ورقة امتحان البكالوريا إلى 50 دينارا.

وقال الوزير، أمس، في تصريح خص به "الشروق" على هامش الحفل التكريمي بمناسبة عيد المرأة، الذي أقيم بفندق الأوراسي في العاصمة، إن بكالوريا 2013، ستعرف بعض الخصوصيات الشكلية التي لن تؤثر لا على الامتحان ولا على البرنامج، وتتعلق أساسا بتخفيف عدد حراس امتحان البكالوريا، وهو الشأن ذاته بالنسبة للمرشحين الأحرار الذين سيكون عددهم أربعة وليس خمسة، وهو العدد المعمول به سابقا، موضحا أن الوزارة من خلال قرارها هذا الذي سيتم مناقشته مع مدير مركز الامتحانات والمسابقات، تسعى لأن تمنح التلاميذ نوعا من الثقة، وعدم اعتبارهم "غشاشين" ‬ولو ‬بالنية.‬

وعلى صعيد تعلق بالأساتذة المصححين، قال الوزير إن الوزارة وحسب الإمكانات المتوفرة، ستنظر في مقترح رفع أجر تصحيح أوراق الامتحانات النهائية، حيث ستعرف بعض التحسين من خلال رفعها إلى 50 دينارا، بعد أن كانت 35 دينارا، إذا توفرت الإمكانات المادية "سنرفع أجر تصحيح كل ورقة لفائدة الأساتذة حسب الميزانية المتوفرة، لأنه لا يمكننا طلب ميزانية إضافية في الوقت الراهن، وحسب التقديرات، سيكون الأجر الجديد في حدود 50 دينارا"، وأشار المسؤول الأول عن قطاع التربية في هذا السياق، إلى أن مصالح دائرته تسعى في إطار إستراتيجيتها لإراحة ‬الأستاذ ولو ‬جزئيا ‬من ‬أجل ‬أن ‬يؤدي ‬مهامه ‬على ‬أحسن ‬وجه، ‬ومن ‬ذلك، ‬رفع ‬أجر ‬تصحيح ‬الورقة ‬حتى ‬لا ‬تكون ‬النقطة ‬الاقصائية ‬بسبب ‬تعب ‬الأستاذ.‬

وعن تواريخ إجراء الامتحانات النهائية، أفاد وزير التربية أنها ستجرى في تواريخها القديمة، حيث ستجرى امتحانات البكالوريا في الثاني من شهر جوان، وتدوم أربعة أيام، مشيرا إلى السلطات تسعى لتحسين ظروف تمدرس التلاميذ من خلال بعض الإجراءات التي سيتم اعتمادها مستقبلا.‬

العكس تماما يا اخي اساتذة الثانوي يطلبون منّا دائما إغماض العينين على الغش خوفا من تهديداتهم، لأنهم أُشبعوا ضربا في ثانوياتهم بسبب عدم قُدرتهم على التحكم حتى في يلميذ سنة أولى...
أما عن البكالوريا فهي مستحيلة الإجراء بدوننا بسبب عددكم القليل من جهة و تهربكم بشتى الطرق من جهة اخرى.

First,I assume that your colleague hasn’t spoken on behalf of anybody…He just drew his ‎own conclusion from the decision of the ministry.‎
Second, he hasn’t mentioned anything about your so cherished CNAPEST.‎
Last but not least, what do you mean by :”the truth cannot be found in the garbage can”.‎
Are you insulting him? Or maybe you are referring to your colleagues in the primary and ‎middle schools! I am really bewildered. How such words can emanate from a “Lycée” … a ‎‎“Secondary School” teacher!!!‎
I’m waiting for your reply ..but please, let it be in English because I don’t want other ‎teachers to get involved in the issue. I just want to understand.‎

i would like first to wish you respectfully a happy women's day for you and all the women working in this field
i would like MRS to draw your attention that this person in particular has always been against teachers enrolled in the cnapest labour union and he has continuously emitted insulting posts not only against the labour union but also against us as members of this latter
in fact some poeple of this kind try to find the tiny negative piece of news whether true or false to put it here they choose by purpose the dirtiest ones and post it here to stain the image of the labour union which represents mainly secondary teachers .
i don't want to minimize the others whether primary or middle school teachers not at all my dear colleague .but so many people here have put their failure upon the shoulders of cnapest in reality they were deceived by their trade union UNPEF which HAD WORKED for THE BENEFIT OF HEADMASTERS and had neglected the teachers though they are the soldiers
but what can we say The soldiers fight, and the kings are heroes
i hope that i clarified the issue for you

Thank you so much for clarifying things for me and for wishing me happy Women's Day! My ultimate objective when I write in this forum is to reflect a good image of teachers. I respect everybody and I want all teachers to select their words when they write because we are being harshly criticised by the whole society ....This really hurts me ...Don't forget يسم الله الرحمان الرحيم"واذا خاطبهم الجاهلون قالوا سلاما"o صدق الله العظيم ..Accept my piece of advice.
