مواصلة النزاع في alertpay

وصلني اليوم رد من ALERTPAY بعد فتح نزاع ضد الادمن النصاب صاحب BuxSL

لاكن لم أوفق في إسترداد المبلغ (10 $ ) بسبب أن رصيد الادمن فارغ

لكني سمعت من أحد الأخوة أنه يمكن مواصلة النزاع ضد الآدمن وكما سماها الأخ مشكوراً ( الاسترجاع من الطرف الثانى)

* نص الرسالة إن أمكن لاني ضعيف بالإنجليزية
