I just want to ask when do we start the lesson with pupils

well concerning the beginning of the courses :

For the MS1 level you start with the Pre-file " you know English " from the first or second hour .

For the MS 2 level you have a week ( 3hours) of Assessment where you set series of tasks where you diagnose , remediate and consolidate , ( if you have taught the MS1 level you may select the important learning objectives and diagnose your learners)

For the MS 3 , the same according to the official yearly planning ,just one week , where you diagnose , remediate and consolidate and here I put some of the diagnostic tasks ( sorry for the MS2 level I did not really have time to set the same tasks).

For the MS4 level you have 3 weeks of diagnostic ,remediation , consolidation( according to the official yearly planning ) you start with the Entry Assessment test , since the first hour (if possible) otherwise the second hour , then correct it ( to save time ask the learners to answer on the same sheet of paper and you correct too on the same paper ) after you correct you will have a wide idea about the level ( and please try to make an official report of the results you get , how many got the average , and the ones who were shy and give to your Headmaster , it's very important . later I will tell you why ?
So 3 hours are enough for the MS4 level , after it you start File One directly the earlier you start is better for you and your learners because for this level you need more time to make your learners perform and practice , for some wilayas they have a software from their academies where they follow their teachers to see if they are late or not normally it begins from October 1st , I don't know where you teach ,but this is certain in many wilayas of the Center and some of the East they are doing that , That's why I mentioned the number of weeks that teachers should have achieved in each term , in this year's yearly plannings.
