مشكل في ربط بطاقة Prepaid Card مع payza

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله
لقد قمت بطلب Prepaid Card من موقع بايزا ووصلتني في ضرف شهر. قمت بربط البطاقة مع الموقع لشحنها بالاموال التي في حسابي '' بايزا '' فطلب مني تاكيد بالصورة للبطاقة فارسلتها لكتها رفضت و تم ارسال هذه الرسالة في الايميل ""Hello Naas Messoudi,

Front of credit Card
Please note that we do not accept Payza prepaid card for Credit card validation. Unfortunately, the document, which you have submitted has been declined because we do not accept virtual card as it is for internet use only. Please add a permanent Visa/Master debit/credit card to your Payza account which is issued by your bank that can be used online as well as offline. However, if it is a permanent VISA/Master credit card then please submit a valid front side picture of your credit card ensuring that the details like your name, bank's name and logo or stamp, credit card number are clearly visible. The card must be fully displayed including all the edges. ''

فهمت انه لا يمكن تفعيلها مع الموقع لكن مافائدة البطاقةالتي طبلتها و كيف استعمل اموالي التي في الموقع ارجوكم افيدوني وجزاكم الله خيرا .
