مشكلة في blockchain

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
شباب مند أيام واجهتني مشكلة في محفظة blockchain
عند إرسال مبلغ من blockchain إلى محفظة أخرى يطلب مني كلمة السر التانية ؟؟
انا لا أعرف ماهده كلمة السر التانية
عندما رسل الدعم تم إجابة على شكل تالي :
Blockchain.info never has access to a user's passwords, and cannot reset these. The only way to recover the funds is if you backed up your wallet before enabling second password. This is done in the Security section of Settings via the "Wallet Recovery Phrase" selection. If you did this you can submit the 12 word recovery phrase in the following link to create a new wallet which contains all of the bitcoin addresses generated within your previous wallet - https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/recover Please be aware any funds or addresses stored within the Imported Addresses section of the wallet will not be restored.
