عاجل...اشتريت مبلغ وهو معلق في بايبال

السلام عليكم

اخواني الكرام اشتريت مبلغ 105 دولار من احد الباعة في المنتدى

وبعد ارسال المبلغ لي وصلني ايميل من بايبال

الايميل هذا وفهمت منه انني لا استطيع استعمال المبلغ لا في الشراء ولا في تحويله الا بعد مرور 30 يوم

ارجو من الخبراء شرح تخطي المشكل وماذا افعل حتى استطيع التصرف في هذا المبلغ
