سلام عليكم عندي مشكلة في البطاقة حيت عندا ربطها بي بايبال تاتني مشكلة ولقد قمت اليوم بتصال بي بايبال واظن انهم قالو لي بطاقة فيها مشكلة وهده الرسال التي رسلوها ليا

I am sorry to hear that you were experiencing difficulties adding your card XX85 on your PayPal account. I assure you that there is nothing wrong with your PayPal account. The reason the why it didn’t go through was because your card issuer or your bank declined authorization from PayPal.

When you use a credit or debit card, we temporarily charge a small amount to your card. We do this fraud prevention measure to ensure that your card is valid. If your card issuer doesn't authorize the temporary charge, the card will be declined.

Here are some of the reasons why your card issuer may not authorize the temporary charge:



* The card issuer might be having technical problems that prevent us from requesting the authorization.
* The card issuer, as part of its own fraud prevention measures, might block the transaction because it doesn’t fit your normal spending patterns.
* Your card may not support online payments.
* You might have exceeded the limit on your card.



I'd encourage you to contact your credit card company/issuing bank directly to get to the bottom of this. My recommendation would be to add another card to your PayPal account, if you have one available.
