Now sense that you are so weightless, that you begin to slowly lift away from the floor, peel yourself floating, as if you could look down and see your physical body resting on the floor as you float higher and higher, see or feel that you are above the building where your body is resting, above the city, you're floating higher and higher and now you sense the horizon, and you notice, a stunning sunset. Float toward the clouds colored from the many hues of the setting sun, now you sense as though you begin to pass through these clouds, amidst the various colored clouds in the sky, you take on the form and the color of each cloud as you pass through it. As you drift through these clouds, each individual cloud is sensing your form dissolving and merging into each cloud. Be aware that as your body is dissolving into the various shapes of the clouds, so does your mind, you continue to move through the clouds sensing your form, morphing into the shape of each unique form and at the same time, your mind is becoming more and more boundless. Now, peel formless, thoughtless and formless, you are one with the vast, endless sky, your body, mind, and soul at peace.
