التوضيح

For the second sentence,we use only "when" because night will certainly come

If we say: if it is night,we mean that night may not come which is impossible

For the last sentence,we use only "if" because of the introductory sentence: It never snows in summer

For the other two sentences,we can use both of them: if and when
