1- العنوان :
يكتب في أقصى اليمين في أعلى الصفحة ويكتب كالاتى
17, el Nasser street, ( اسم الشارع ورقم المنزل )
Boulak , ( اسم الحي وفى آخرة علامة , )
Cairo, ( اسم المدينة وفى أخرها علامة , )
Egypt. ( اسم الدولة لو مرسل إلى الخارج )
15th may 2006 ( تاريخ يوم الامتحان )
يراعى عند كتابة التاريخ أن يكون تاريخ يوم الامتحان وتكتب أرقام الأيام كالاتى
( 1st , 2nd , 3rd , 4th , …………….21st , 22nd , 23rd ,………29th , 30th , 31st )
2- التحية :
تكتب التحية في السطر التالي للتاريخ ولكن من الناحية اليسرى للصفحة وتبدأ بكلمة
Dear عزيزي
وبعدها اسم الشخص المرسل له الخطاب أو صفة قرابته كالاتى
Dear Ali عزيزي على , Dear father أبى العزيز , Dear my friend , صديقي العزيز
هناك نوعان من التحية 0 تحية سارة وتحية غير سارة )
أولا التحية السارة : يمكنك استخدام إحدى المقدمتين الآتيتين :
Dear Yousef,
I `m very pleased to write you this letter. I hope that you are well when you receive this letter.أنا في غاية السعادة وأنا اكتب لك . أتمنى أن تكون بخير عندما يصلك خطابي
Dear Osama,
I hope you are in a good health when you receive my letter, you can't imagine لا تستطيع أن تتخيل how pleased I was while I was writing this letter.
ثانيا التحية الغير سارة : (في التعذية – والمرض – والفقدان – والحادثة )
Dear Amr,
you made an accident
you feel ill
I can't tell you how sad I feel when I heard that ….. your father's death ,
your flat was robbed
your grandfather's death

3- جسم الخطاب
غالبا ماياتى موضوع الخطاب ( الغرض من الرسالة ) في رأس السؤال كالاتى
Write a letter to your father thanking him تشكره
Telling him تخبره , informing him تخبره , congratulating himتهنئه , advising himتنصحه , consoling himتواسيه , inviting himتدعوه, Asking him تطلب منة ,
عند كتابة جسم الخطاب يمكن أن نستخدم الجملة الآتية أولا

يراعى تحويل الضمائر كالاتى ( الضمائر الواردة في رأس السؤال تحول في داخل الرسالة كما يلي )

خطاب الدعوة : ( invitation )
I would like to invite you to my …. , I'm sure you won't be sorry for coming because you will enjoy a happy time among us. أود أن ادعوك على .... أنا متأكد انك لن تندم على مجيئك لأنك سوف تستمتع معنا
الرد على الدعوة : بالموافقة
I'm very grateful to you for your kind invitation. and it is great honour to accept your invitation . and I will arrive in time. أنا شاكر على دعوتك لي . وانه لشرف عظيم أن اقبل دعوتك وسوف أصل في الميعاد
الرد على الدعوة : بالرفض
I'm very grateful to you for your kind invitation, I'm very sorry for not able to accept your invitation because ( I'm busy , I have exams , …. ) please accept my apology. من فضلك اقبل اعتذاري
خطاب التهنئة ( congratulating )
I send this letter to congratulate you on ….المناسبة …..
بعد ذلك نستخدم إحدى الجمل الآتية على حسب نوع المناسبة
I'm sure that is the result of your hard study أنا متأكد أن هذا النجاح هو نتيجة المذاكرة الجادة

خطابات الشكر ( thanking )

خطابات التعذية :
I would like to express my deep sorrow and sympathy but that's our destiny and we can't show any objection because such is heaven's command . I hope you be patient .لا يمكننا الاعتراض فهي إرادة الله . أتمنى أن تكون صبور
4- الخاتمة
لابد وان تكتب في نهاية المضمون وفى منتصف السطر أو بعد ترك مسافة لاتقل عن 2 سم من ناحية اليسار
