نواب القدس المهددين بالإبعاد .. صامدون منتصرون

يصبو الاحتلال الصهيوني لتفريغ وتهويد المدينة المقدسة من خلال افراغها من سكانها ،واجبارهم على الرضوخ لسياساته ورغباته ،ليعد بذلك قراراً سياسياً اتخذ بدوافع العنصرية بامتياز
فقيام الإحتلال بابعاد النواب يعتبر جريمة تمثل إضافة نوعية وليست كمية لجرائمه الوحشية،وذلك لما تحمله من مخاطر مستقبلية ،ولا زالت الجريمة مستمرة ومحمية من قبل الكبار الذين يتحكمون بالنادي الدولي الذي تقوده الولايات المتحدة .
وتنعكس الاتفاقات السياسية التي يعقده الجانب الفلسطيني المفاوض بالسلب على مثل هذه القرارات،التي تعتبر بمثابة الغطاء لجرائم الاحتلال الاسرائيلي ،جعلته يسوق نفسه أمام دول العالم أجمع،لأنه يعيش في حالة ارتياح لم يسبق لها مثيل،ولذلك تظهر ضرورة لحشد كافة الطاقات على جميع الأصعدة لحسم معركة الوجود مع الكيان الصهيوني .

ومن ناحية اخرى تهدف مثل هذه القرارات لإفراغ مدينة القدس ،واحتواء الوطنية الفلسطينية ،واخضاع الشعب الفلسطيني لسياسات الاحتلال العدوانية ،التي ما زال ينتهجها منذ وطأت أقدامه الأرض الفلسطينية .

فالاحتلال يمارس الابعاد بحق النواب المقدسيين تطبيقاً لقاعدة (أرض بلا شعب لشعب بلا أرض ) والتي تعتبر احدى الادوات في الايديولوجيا والعقيدة الصهيونية لتهويد الأرض الفلسطينية واقامة الكيان المزعوم .

وبالتالي فذلك يعكس طبيعة الاستيطان الاحلالية ،وأن مبدأ الإبعاد هو حلقة من الحلقات الاسرائيلية التي يمارسها لإقامة كيانه ،ولتشجيع الحضور اليهودي للأراضي الفلسطينية ،فالصراع القائم هو صراع ديني عقدي بالدرجة الأولى ،يمثل استراتيجية كبرى في الأيديولوجيا الصهيونية

نواب القدس المهددين بالابعاد

(1) النائب محمد أبو طير :

ولد الشيخ محمد أبو طير في قرية (أم طوبا) المجاورة للقدس, وفيها نشأ وترعرع . و قد التحق بالعمل الجهادي الفلسطيني في فترة مبكرة من حياته فالتحق بالعمل العسكري من خلال حركة "فتح" عندما كانت تتبنى خيار الكفاح المسلح.
تعرض الشيخ أبوطير لست حالات اعتقال كانت الأولى عام 1974 وحينها أصدرت محكمة اللد العسكرية الصهيونية عليه حكماً بالسجن 16 عاماً، وخفضت إلى 13 عاماً بعد الاستئناف، والثانيةأثناء الانتفاضة الأولى في شهر شباط/ فبراير 1989 بتهمة الانتماء إلى تنظيم عسكري،وشراء سلاح ، وفي حينها أمضى حكما بالسجن ل13 شهرا، أما الاعتقال الثالث فكان في الأول من أيلول/ سبتمبر 1990 حيث أمضى حكماً بالسجن 6 أشهر إداري خلال أزمة الخليج الثانية في سجن الرملة "نيتسان "، وفي المرة الرابعة بعد سنة تقريباً من الإفراج كانت في الثامن من آذار/مارس 1992 بتهمة حيازة وشراء سلاح للعمل العسكري لحركة حماس مع بداية نشاط كتائب الشهيد عز الدين القسّام في الضفة الغربية.

(2) النائب محمد طوطح

ولد الأستاذ محمد طوطح عام 1968،أنهى الأستاذ طوطح دراسة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال من جامعة القدس بتقدير جيد جدا عام 2000،والأستاذ طوطح، عضو مجلس أمناء وأمين سر مؤسسة اقرأ لرعاية القرآن والسنة في القدس، وقد عمل في التجارة لعدة سنوات في القدس، ويعطي دروساً عامة في المسجد الأقصى،

(3) النائب أحمد محمد أحمد عطون "أبو مجاهد"

ولد الأستاذ محمد عطوان في العام 1968،اعتقل الأستاذ عطوان في السجون الصهيونية بين عامي 1988- 1992، كما اعتقل بين عامي 1994-1997، واعتقل أيضاً إدارياً بين عامي 1998-1999.
يرأس الأستاذ عطوان المنتدى الثقافي في صور باهر، وهو إمام مسجد المرابطين وخطيب في المسجد العمري، ومشرف في مركز زيد لتحفيظ القرآن الكريم.

(4) الوزير خالد أبو عرفة:

ولد في القدس عام 1961، عمل أبو عرفة مسؤولا للعلاقات العامة في جمعية سلوان الخيرية، كما أنه ترأس مؤسسة دار القرآن الكريم في راس العامود، وهو عضو في لجنة الدفاع عن أراضي وعقارات سلوان، ونائب لرئيس مجلس الأمناء في مؤسسة تطوير المجتمع التي أغلقتها سلطات الاحتلال مؤخرا في القدس، وعضو فاعل في نقابة المهندسين لفترات مختلفة، وعضو في لجنة الصياغة العليا - دستور نقابة المهندسين.

موقف الحكومة الفلسطينية في غزة والمجلس التشريعي :

تبنى رئيس الوزراء اسماعيل هنية خط الدفاع الأول عن النواب المقدسيين وعقد جلسة خاصة بالمجلس التشريعي لتناول هذه القضية.
وأكد أن الحكومة ستستمر في التصدي للقرار ومحاولة إجهاضه. وأشار الى أن كل محاولات تقويض العزائم مآلها الفشل المحقق وستحقق النتائج العكسية كما حدث في مرج الزهور. ودعا الفصائل والقوى الفلسطينية لأخذ دورها الريادي لرفض هذا القرار الجائر، مؤكدًا الرسالة التي بعثها "التشريعي" لرؤساء البرلمانات العربية والإسلامية لمواجهة قرار الإبعاد الصهيوني بحق النواب المقدسيين.
ومن جانبه، اعتبر النائب د. خليل الحية "مقرر اللجنة السياسية في المجلس التشريعي" قرار الإبعاد الصهيوني مناقضًا للقانون الدولي، مشددًا على أنه انتهاك سافر للقانون الدولي وعقاب جماعي بامتياز.
وقال الناطق باسم الحكومة طاهر النونو خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقده في غزة: إن هذا القرار "باطل قانونيًّا وسياسيًا, ولا يجوز للاحتلال طرد أي مواطن من مدينته أو محل سكنه".

أبرز الفعاليات والأنشطة التضامنية مع النواب المقدسيين:

• وفد من القساوسة المسيحيين يتضامن مع النواب مهددين بالابعاد:

زار وفد من القساوسة والآباء المسيحيين خيمة اعتصام النواب المقدسيين في مقر الصليب الاحمر في الشيخ جراح واستنكر الوفد الإنتهاكات الإسرائيلية بحق النواب المقدسيين الذين يمثلون الشرعية الفلسطينية.

• مجموعة التبادل الثقافي تزور خيمة اعتصام النواب في الصليب الأحمر:

أكدت "مجموعة التبادل الثقافي"، وهي مجموعة من طلبة القدس، أن سياسات الاحتلال في القدس وضد سكانها ستؤول الى الفشل والإحباط أمام الصمود الأسطوري للمواطنين ولممثليهم وشخصياتهم القيادية الدينية والوطنية في المدينة.
ووعد الطلاب بنقل قضية نوابهم إلى طلاب ألمانيا التي سيزورونها قريبا ضمن مشروع التبادل الثقافي.
بدوره، رحب النائب احمد عطون بالطلاب وخاطبهم قائلا: "أنتم أهلنا وأبناؤنا فهمُّنا واحد, وأنتم ستكونوا سفراءنا بألمانيا, وتحملوا أمانة تنقلوها للعالم" .

• مسؤولة أوروبية تلتقي النواب المقدسيين في "الصليب الأحمر" تضامنًا معهم:

أكدت نائب رئيس البرلمان الأوروبي سابقا "لويزا مورغانتي" متابعتها واهتمامها بقضية النواب المقدسيين منذ بدايتها وحتى اللحظة.

• وفد من جزر الكناري يضم عضواً برلمانياً وأعضاء بلديات في زيارة تضامنية مع النواب:

قام وفد من جزر الكناري الإسبانية يضم عضواً برلمانياً وأعضاء بلديات عصر أمس الجمعة بزيارة لمقر الصليب الأحمر في حي الشيخ جراح وذلك للتضامن مع النواب المهددين بالإبعاد.

• وفد جامعي فرنسي يزور خيمة التضامن:

زار وفد من الطلاب الجامعيين الفرنسيين خيمة الاعتصام مع النواب المهددين بالابعاد في مقر بعثة الصليب الاحمر بالشيخ جراح.
واشار الوفد الى ان زيارتهم تندرج في سياق ايمانهم بالتضامن مع القضايا العادلة داخل وخارج فرنسا.

• الهيئة المستقلة لحقوق الانسان تتضامن مع النواب المقدسيين:

زار الدكتور ممدوح العكر المفوض العام للهيئة المستقلة لحقوق الانسان والسيدة رندة السنيورة المديرة التنفيذية للهيئة خيمة الاعتصام مع النواب المقدسيين المهددين بالإبعاد في مقر بعثة الصليب الاحمر في الشيخ جراح.
وشدد الدكتور العكر على ضرورة مواصلة الخطوات الاحتجاجية، مع إمكانية تصعيدها، مشيرا لأن الوقت مواتٍ لذلك.

• المئات يشاركون في المسيرة الحاشدة تضامنا مع النواب المقدسيين:

وسط اجراءات اسرائيلية مشددة، انطلقت مسيرة التضامن الحاشدة مع النواب المقدسيين المهددين بالابعاد من امام ملعب المطران بدعوة من اللجنة الوطنية لمقاومة الابعاد ولجنة المتابعة العليا للجماهير العربية.

• حقوق الإنسان للبرلمانيين" تطالب بعدم ترحيل النواب:

: أكدت لجنة حقوق الانسان للبرلمانيين التابعة للاتحاد الدولي للبرلمانيين الخميس أن إجبار "إسرائيل" ترحيل نواب القدس غير قانوني.
وأوضح بيان للجنة أن قرار الترحيل يتعارض مع التزامات "إسرائيل" بموجب اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة لعام 1949 ومعاهدات حقوق الانسان التي تشكل "إسرائيل" طرفا فيها.
كما اشارت الى عدم تورط هؤلاء النواب في "أعمال إرهابية بل يمارسون دورهم البرلماني انطلاقًا من انتخابهم بشكل مشروع

Jerusalem’s MPs to be deported…..are still resistant and victorious

The Zionist occupation seeks to evacuate and Judaize the Holy City through deporting its original residents and by forcing them to submit to its policies and plans--a political resolution motivated by explicit racism.

Israel's deportation of parliamentary members is considered a qualitative addition – not a quantitative one – to its savage crimes; and this is precisely due to the future risks involved in these . These series of crimes are continuous and protected by the world’s greatest powers, led by the United States.

Palestinian negotiators reflect negatively on such resolutions intended to cover up Israeli crimes, which in turn, have helped Israel to promote itself all over the world since it lives in unprecedented comfort. Hence comes the need to place every effort in settling the existence battle against the Zionist identity.

Moreover, such resolutions aim at evacuating Jerusalem from its original residents--including Palestinian patriotism, and submitting the Palestinian people to the occupation’s aggressive policies that have been carried on since the birth of its existence on the Palestinian land.

The Israeli occupation exercises the deportation policy against the Jerusalemite deputies, according to the principle: (A land without a people for a people without a land), which is considered to be one of the tools included into the Zionist ideology aiming at Judaizing the Palestinian land and establishing the alleged entity.

Accordingly, this reflects the nature of displacement settlement. The deportation policy represents one of the Israeli policies exercised to establish its desired entity, and also to encourage the Jewish presence on the Palestinian lands. Thus, the current conflict is mainly a religious dogmatic conflict and represents a grand strategy included in the Zionist ideology.

Jerusalem’s MPs to be deported

Mohamed Abu – tair (MP)

Sheikh Mohamed Abu- tair was born and raised in (Umm Toba) village, located near Jerusalem. He has joined the Palestinian resistance enterprise since an early stage of his life; as he joined the military work through “Fattah movement”, when the movement first adopted the armed resistance policy.
Sheikh Abu – tair had been arrested for six times: the first time was in 1974, when the Zionist military court sentenced him to a 16 year imprisonment which then reduced to 13 years after the appeal; the second time was during the first uprising (Intifada) in February 1989, for being affiliated to a military organization and property of a weapon, as he was imprisoned for 13 months; the third time was in September 1990, as he was imprisoned for 6 months- during the second Gulf crisis – at Al- rammla “Nitsan”; the fourth time was - approximately one year after his release – in March 8, 1992, for purchasing and property of weapons for military actions adopted by Hamas during the start of the military resistance by Al- shaheed Ezz –Edin Al – qassam battalions in the West Bank


The MP Muhammad Tawtah

Mr. Tawtah was born in 1968. He finished his MA in Business Management in the year 2000 with a very good grade. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees and Secretary of Iqraa Foundation, that takes care of the Quranic and the Sunnah studies in Jerusalem. He worked in trade for several years in Jerusalem, and he is now giving lessons in Alaqsa mosque.


The MP Ahmad Muhammad Ahmad Atwan “Abo Mujahid

Mr. Muhammad Atwan was born in 1968. He was imprisoned in the Israeli jails from 1988 till1992. He was also imprisoned in the Israeli jails from 1994 till 1997. He was also detained administratively between 1998-1999. Mr. Atwan is the head of the cultural forum in Sor Baher. Is the imam of the Almorabteen mosque and preacher in the Al-Omari mosque. And a supervisor at the Zaid center for Quran Memorization.

The Minister Khalid Abo Arafa

He was born in Jerusalem in 1961. Abo Arafa worked as the head of the public relations department in Selwan charity foundation. He also headed Dar Alquran Alkarim foundation in Ras Alamoud. He is a member in the community of defending the lands and the properties in Selwan district, and a vice president of the Board of Trustees in the developing community organization, which was closed recently by the occupation forces in Jerusalem. He is an active member in the Engineers Association and a member in its Drafting Committee- the Constitution of the Engineers Association.
　

The position of the Palestinian government in Gaza and the Legislative Council

The prime minister, Ismael Haniya was the first to take charge of their case. He immediately held a special session in the Legislative Council to address their issue. He affirmed that the Palestinian government will continue to oppose this resolution and will work to fight it. He pointed out that all the endeavors to put down the Palestinian spirit will fail, and it will produce a positive outcome, like what happened in Marj Alzhoor (where the Israeli government took all of Hamas leaders and throw them in the Alzhoor mountain in the middle of the winter, but that also failed to put down their spirit or stop their struggle towards freedom). Hanya also called upon the Palestinian factions to stand up against this unjust resolution. The Palestinian legislative council sent a letter to the Arab and the Islamic legislative council in order to help them fight this resolution.

The Rapporteur of the Political Committee in the Legislative Council Mr. Khalil Alhaya considered the Zionist expulsion decision as contrary to the international law. He emphasized that it is a flagrant violation of international law and collective punishment.

The spokesperson of the government, Taher Alnono, said in a press conference held in Gaza that this resolution is “ Void legally and politically, for it is not permissible for the occupation forces to expel any citizen from his city or his place of residence".

Delegation of Christian pastors stand in solidarity with Jerusalem deputies facing deportation:

A delegation of Christian pastors and bishops visited the protest tent in the Red Cross Headquarters in Sheikh Jarrah and condemned the Israeli violation of the rights of the Jerusalemite parliamentarians who represent Palestinian legitimacy.

Cultural Exchange group visits the protest tent for the Jerusalem members of parliament:

A group of cultural exchange students studying in Jerusalem emphasized that the occupation policies in Jerusalem and against the residents of Jerusalem are doomed to failure in the face of the legendary steadfastness of the citizens and their representatives who portray religious and national leadership in the city.

The students also promised to spread the issue of their deputies to the students of Germany whom they shall be visiting soon as a part of their cultural exchange program.

In turn, Palestinian Legislator, Ahmad Atwan, welcomed the students by saying: “You are our families and our children, and our understanding is one; and you will be our ambassadors in Germany and will carry a trust with you that you will spread to the world.”


European member of Parliament meets Jerusalem deputies at the Red Cross in solidarity with them:


Member of the European Parliament, Luisa Morgantini, emphasized her continued interest and follow-up on the issue of the deportation of Jerusalem parliamentarians.

A delegation from the Canary Islands, including a member of Parliament and members of municipalities, pay a visit in solidarity with Jerusalem members of parliament:

A delegation from the Canary Islands of Spain, including Member of Parliament and members of municipalities, paid a visit to the Red Cross in Sheikh Jarrah on Friday afternoon in solidarity with the deputies facing deportation.

A group of French college students visit the solidarity tent:

A group of college students from France visited the Red Cross Headquarters in Sheikh Jarrah in solidarity with the Jerusalemite parliamentarians facing deportation. The group also noted that the visit falls within the context of their faith in standing in solidarity with just causes both, inside and outside France.


The Independent Commission of Human Rights stands in solidarity with the Jerusalem deputies:

The Commissioner General of the Independent Commission for Human Rights, Dr. Mamdouh Aker, and the Executive Director of the Commission, Ms. Randa Siniora, visited the protest tent at the Red Cross in Sheikh Jarrah in solidarity with the Jerusalem parliamentarians facing deportation.

Dr. Aker emphasized the importance of continuing the protest steps with the possibility of escalating it, indicating that the time is suitable for that.


Hundreds of people participate in rallies in solidarity with the Jerusalemite deputies:

Amid strict Israeli measures, a massive march on in solidarity with Jerusalem parliamentary members facing deportation took off from the Mutran Sports Stadium after a call by the National Committee for Resistance of Deportation and the Higher Follow-up Committee for the Arab Masses.

Committee on the Human Rights of Parliamentarians demands non-deportation of deputies:

The Committee on Human Rights of Parliamentarians of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) confirmed on Thursday that Israel’s deportation of Jerusalemite deputies is illegal.

The Commission also clarified that the decision of deportation is contrary to the obligations of Israel under the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949 and to the human rights treaties in which Israel is a part of.

Moreover, the Commission indicated that the parliamentary members are not involved in “terrorist” actions, but rather play their parliamentary roles since their elections in a legal manner.

Députés d’Al Quds (Jérusalem)
menacés d’éloignement…Fermes et victorieux

L'occupant sioniste aspire à judaïser la ville d’Al Quds ; et pour cela, il cherche par tous les moyens à vider la ville de ses habitants, par exemple en les obligeant à souscrire à ses politiques et à sa volonté , pour enfin préparer une décision politique qui a des motivations racistes sans aucun conteste. Le fait d’expulser des députés peut être considéré comme un crime et un ajout qualitatif et non quantitatif à la liste des crimes sauvages de l’occupant sioniste et ce au vu de ce qu’il comporte de dangers futurs ; le crime est toujours d’actualité, couvert par les grandes puissances qui contrôlent le Club international dominé par les Etats –Unis d’Amérique

De telles décisions se répercutent négativement sur les accords politiques passés par les négociateurs palestiniens et peuvent être considérées comme une couverture des crimes de l'occupant israélien, couverture que ce même occupant utilise comme faire valoir devant les nations du monde, vivant dans un état de satisfaction sans précédent. À partir de ces données apparait la nécessité de mobiliser toutes les énergies sur tous les plans en vue de remporter la bataille de l'existence contre l'entité sioniste.

D'autre part de telles décisions visent à vider la ville d’Al Quds (Jérusalem), à confiner la nationale palestinienne, et à soumettre le peuple palestinien à la politique agressive de l'occupation, politique qui est toujours qu’il a toujours poursuivi depuis qu’il a mis ses pieds en territoire palestinien

L’occupant israélien procède à l'expulsion des députés d’Al Quds en application de la règle (une terre sans peuple pour un peuple sans terre), règle considérée comme un des instruments de base de l'idéologie sioniste pour judaïser la terre palestinienne et établir l'entité présumée.

Ainsi, cette règle reflète la nature de l’occupation par les colons, le principe de l'expulsion (des députés) étant un des épisodes montés par l'entité israélienne dont les éléments exécutent les actions qui y sont inscrites afin d’encourager la présence juive dans les territoires palestiniens ; le conflit actuel est une lutte d'inspiration religieuse, idéologique en 1er lieu et voulu par la grande stratégie de l'idéologie du sionisme

Députés d’Al Quds (Jérusalem) menacés d'expulsion

1-Le député Mohammed Abu Teir

Cheikh Mohammed Abou Tir est né dans un village (Oum Tuba) voisin de Jérusalem, village où il a grandi. Il a rejoint l’action djihadiste palestinienne au début de sa vie, et souscrit à l’action militaire à travers le mouvement Feth lorsque ce dernier avait adopté l'option de la lutte armée.
Cheikh Abou Tir a fait l’objet de six arrestations;Il a été arrêté une 1ère fois en 1974 et condamné par le Tribunal militaire sioniste de Lod à une peine d'emprisonnement de 16 ans, réduite à 13 ans après appel,

Il a été arrêté une 2ème fois après la première Intifada, au mois de Février 1989, sur des accusations d'appartenance à une organisation militaire, achat d'armes, et purgea une peine de 13 mois de prison

Il a été arrêté une 3ème fois en le 1er Septembre 1990 et purgea une peine de 6 mois de prison administrative dans la prison de ‘Ramle Nitzan’ et ce au cours de la 2ème crise du Golfe

Il a été arrêté une 4ème fois en un an environ après sa dernière sortie de prison ; c’était le 8 Mars1992 pour possession et l'achat d'armes pour l'action militaire du mouvement Hamas alors que les activistes Azzedine Al-Qassam débutaient leurs activités en Cisjordanie

2 - le député Mohammed Totah

Le professeur Muhammad Totah est né en 1968 ; il a obtenu son diplôme de magistère en administration des affaires avec la mention Très Bien à l'Université de d’Al Quds, en 2000

Le professeur Muhammad Totah est membre du conseil d'administration et secrétaire de la Fondation Iqraa pour l’étude du Coran et de la Sunna à Al Quds (Jérusalem). Il a travaillé pendant quelques années dans les affaires à Jérusalem. Il donne des leçons sur des sujets à portée générale dans la mosquée Al-Aqsa.

(3) Le député Ahmed Mohamed Ahmed ‘Attouan dit "Abu Mujahid"

Mohamed Atwan est né en 1968, M. Atwan a été arrêté et emprisonné dans les prisons israéliennes entre 1988 et 1992, arrêté de nouveau entre 1994-1997, a également été arrêté administrativement entre 1998-1999.
Le professeur Mohamed Atwan dirige le Forum culturel à Sur Baher, .C’est lui l’imam de la mosquée al Mourabitine et le prédicateur de la mosquée Al-Omari, et dirigeant du centre Zeid pour la mémorisation du Saint Coran.

(4) Le ministre Khaled Abou Arafa:

Khaled Abou Arafa est né à Al Quds en 1961. Il a travaillé en tant que responsable des relations générales de la Fondation caritative Selouane, Il a également été président de Dar Al Quran ( la Maison du Coran) à Ras al-Amoud. Egalement Membre du Comité pour la défense des biens fonciers et immobiliers de Selouane, et Vice-président du conseil d'administration de la Fondation pour le développement de la société, fermé par les autorités d'occupation récemment à Al Quds. Il est membre actif du Syndicat des ingénieurs pour des périodes diverses, et un membre du Haut-Comité de rédaction, sorte de la Constitution de l'Association des Ingénieurs..

Ismaïl Haniyeh, le Premier ministre a adopté, comme première mesure, la décision de défendre les députés d’Al Quds ; il a tenu une séance extraordinaire avec le conseil législatif pour examiner le problème. Il a souligné que le gouvernement continuera à s’opposer à la décision d’éloignement et essayera de faire en sorte qu’elle soit rapportée

Il a souligné que toutes les tentatives visant à saper la volonté (des Palestiniens) sont vouées à l'échec et leurs résultats seront à l’inverse des résultats souhaités par les israéliens, comme cela s'est passé à Merdj Ezzouhour.

Il a appelé les factions et les forces palestiniennes à jouer leur rôle qui est de tout premier plan afin de rejeter cette décision injuste, affirmant qu’un message a été envoyé par le conseil législatif aux chefs des parlements arabes et islamiques les invitant à s’opposer à la décision d’éloignement que compte prendre les sionistes à l’encontre des députés d’Al Quds

Pour sa part, le député Dr. Khalil al-Hayya, rapporteur de la Commission politique du Conseil législatif a dit que la décision d'éloignement sioniste est contraire au droit international, soulignant qu’il s’agit là d’une violation flagrante du droit international et un châtiment par excellence

Le porte-parole du gouvernement Taher al-Nounou a dit lors d'une conférence de presse tenue à Gaza: « Cette résolution était "invalide juridiquement et politiquement. Il n'est pas permis à l’occupant d’expulser un citoyen de sa ville ou de son lieu de résidence

• Une délégation de pasteurs chrétiens se solidarise avec les députés menacés d'éloignement:
Une délégation de prêtres et de pères chrétiens a visité la tente où a lieu le sit-in au siège de la Croix-Rouge situé à Sheikh Jarrah. La délégation a condamné les violations israéliennes à l’encontre des députés d’Al Quds, représentants de la légitimité palestinienne

* Le groupe d’échanges culturels visite la tente des députés au siège de la Croix-Rouge:

Le groupe d’échanges culturels qui est un groupe d’étudiants d’Al Quds a souligné que la politique de l’occupant concernant Al , politique menée contre la population de la ville est vouée à l'échec et à la déception devant la fermeté légendaire des citoyens, de leurs représentants, et des personnalités et autorités religieuses et nationales dans la ville.
Les étudiants qui se rendront prochainement en Allemagne dès le cadre d’un projet culturel ont promis d’informer les étudiants allemands de la question des députés d’Al Quds

À son tour, le député Ahmed Attouan a souhaité la bienvenue aux étudiants et s’est adressé à eux en leur disant : "Vous êtes notre famille et nos enfants. Notre problème est UN. Vous serez nos ambassadeurs en Allemagne. Vous avez la responsabilité de porter cette affaire aux yeux du monde

Une délégation d’étudiants universitaires français a visité la tente du sit-in des députés d’Al Quds au siège de la Croix- Rouge sis dans le quartier Sheikh Jarrah
La délégation a précisé que la visite qu’elle effectuait s'inscrivait dans le cadre de la foi qu’ont ses membres dans la solidarité avec les causes justes à l'intérieur et l'extérieur de la France

Le Dr Mamdouh Aker, Commissaire général de la Commission indépendante pour les droits de l'homme, et Mme Randa Siniora, le Directeur exécutif de l’organisation ont rendu visite à la tente du sit –in des députés menacés d’éloignement, au siège de la Mission de la Croix-Rouge sis quartier Sheikh Jarrah

Des centaines de personnes participent en masse à la marche en solidarité avec les députés d’Al Quds


Malgré des mesures sévères des forces israéliennes, des centaines de personnes ont participé en masse à une marche en signe de de solidarité avec les députés d’Al Quds menacés d'éloignement. À l'invitation du Comité d’opposition à la mesure d’éloignement et du Haut- Comité de suivi des masses arabes, la marche a débuté à partir du stade de l’évêque

• La Commission des droits de l'homme des parlementaires demande de ne pas éloigner les députés d’Al Quds

La Commission des droits de l'homme des parlementaires de l'Union internationale des parlementaires a souligné, jeudi, que l’action d’Israël visant à éloigner d’Al Quds était illégale

La déclaration de la Commission a indiqué que la décision d'éloignement est contraire aux obligations d ' "Israël" en vertu de la Quatrième Convention de Genève de 1949 et les traités des droits humains dont "Israël" est partie.

Elle a également évoqué la non-participation de ces députés dans des «actes terroristes », mais que ces députés ne font que leur travail parlementaire suite à une élection obtenue légalement
