well the best way to learn english 's to listen and speak
so u listen or watch an english channels ummm speak it with your friends even your fb ones
and there's a lot of websites to learn english such as duolingo
and good luck

First you have to watch English movies without translation and try to speak in English as much as possible. You should also know the simple rules you need but the most important thing to listen and speak

speaking writing listening and reading

....make the following things your daily habits

try to listen to recordings without the image
try to guess what the recording is talking about
try to say what you have understood about the recording
try to write what you understood

i guess by far the best way is to put yourself in the native speakers' environment or else watch them closely on youtube ..the most important thing is DO NOT FOCUS ON GRAMMAR cause it is only 10 percent of the Lang.uage

TO be good at English is not easy at the same time is not impossible all what you need is practice practice and practice
before that start with what you learn in school join som English classes
and if it is available you can watch movies dont be worry if you could not understand at first this is normal okay
listen toEnglish as much you can and try to use some new words in conversation and blah blah blah blah there are many things in fact
start step by step and you will reach your goal
