لقد استقبلت ايميل على بريدي يخبرنا بأنه تم تخفيض ثمن البطاقة من 8 اورو الى 3 اورو و العمولة الشهرية من 0.50 الى 0.45 اورو

Reduction of Paysera VISA payment card prices

From January 1, 2017, new pricing of the Paysera VISA cards has come into force. The price for card issuance with delivery has been reduced from 8 EUR to 3 EUR.
Monthly administration fee for the first card has been reduced from 0,5 EUR to 0,45 EUR. Also, if you order up to 4 additional cards, monthly administration fee will not be applied for them.


Expansion of the cash-out network in Lithuania

From now on, you can cash out (not only cash in) money from your Paysera account at all Lietuvos spauda and Narvesen kiosks.
Minimum cash-out amount is 10 EUR, maximum – 1000 EUR. The cash-out service costs 0,50 EUR per operation.
Cashing-in at Lietuvos spauda kiosks costs less – only 0,29 EUR, whereas the maximum cash-in amount is 3000 EUR.

Changes in fees for transfers to the United Kingdom

From now on, transfers in pound sterling to the United Kingdom are divided into standard and urgent. Standard transfers in pound sterling are performed 7 days a week from 8AM till 8PM, executed on the following day and reach the recipient usually before 10AM in the morning (EET). Meanwhile, an urgent transfer reaches the recipient bank in 30 minutes.
*If a standard transfer is performed on the weekend, money reaches the recipient on the next business day, except for the banks, transfers to which are performed on the weekends as well.

The standard fee for a standard transfer to the United Kingdom is 0,60 GBP, the local fee – 0,50 GBP. Meanwhile, the standard fee for an urgent transfer is – 0,80 GBP, the local fee – 0,60 GBP.

Local fee is a fee applied in a specific country, for residents of the country (or users who have an account in at least one bank in the country).


Changes in collection of payments at points of sale

From January 1, 2017, new fees for payment collection at POS have come into force. Previously, the fees have been from 0,5% up to 1% from the amount, whereas now the system charges fees from 0,2% up to 0,7 from the amount, in dependence on the monthly turnover or the number of operations. Moreover, a minimum fee of 0,01 EUR for a completed payment has been introduced.


Changes in the General Payment Service Agreement

Introduced separate general agreements for private and business clients which will provide more clarity on which conditions are applied exclusively to private or business clients.
Supplemented provisions on how payments, when payers have provided false, inaccurate or incomplete information, shall be executed or transferred funds shall be returned to the sender (Agreement clauses 5.14 -5.18).
Provided additional measure – the possibility to return funds to the primary sender if the recipient has committed a fraud (Agreement clauses 12.1.7, 12.3 and 12.4).
Provided a new document – a supplement to the General agreement “Conditions of execution of international payment transfers” which describes the following: main conditions of execution of international and European payments, required information in payment orders and possibilities for specification and cancellation of transfers.


Changes in the Paysera VISA payment card agreement

Included a provision stating that Paysera, for important reasons (i.e having received instructions from relevant institution with relevant rights), has the right to transfer funds on the card account of the client to the Paysera account of the client without a separate notice, and accordingly execute instructions of authorized institutions.
Indicated specific communication instruments which shall be used by a person who has lost his/her card, believes that his/her identification instruments are known to third persons or notices illegal operations on his/her account. In all such cases the card holder shall immediately inform: orally via a phone number available 24/7 +37052071558 or in written via email support@ paysera.com.
