مشكلة في حساب بايزا

السلام عليكم
لقد نسيت سؤال الامان في البنك بايزا فأرسلة لهم رسالة اخبرهم فيها اني نسيت سؤال الامان و اريد تغييره

لكن اوقفو لي حسابي مؤقة

لماذا دخلت حسابك من بلد آخر فهو الايبي غير متطابق في حسابك الخاص بك

من هنا بدأ يشك انك لست صاحب الحساب او حساب مسروق
