How do I withdraw money from my PayPal account?
Here’s how to withdraw money from your PayPal account:
Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
Click Withdraw near the top of the page.
Select a withdrawal method, and then follow the instructions to complete your withdrawal.
Note:
You cannot cancel a request to withdraw money.
Withdrawals to your bank account usually take 3 to 4 business days to complete.
Withdrawals to a VISA card will be deposited to your card in 5 to 7 business days.
Click Fees at the bottom of any PayPal page to see if any withdrawal fees apply to your account.
Why can’t I withdraw money?
If your withdrawal failed, it's most likely because the bank account details registered with your PayPal account do not match what your bank has on file.
To prevent failed withdrawals, try removing and then re-adding your bank account to your PayPal account. We recommend using a recent bank statement to confirm that the information you are adding is correct.
Here’s how to remove your bank account from your PayPal account:
Go to https://www.paypal.com/and log in to your account.
Click Profile near the top of the page.
Click My money.
Click Update beside "Bank accounts."
Click Remove next to the bank you want to remove.
Review your account information, and then click Remove.
Here’s how to re-add the bank account to your PayPal account:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile near the top of the page.
Click My money.
Click Add my bank beside "Bank accounts."
Enter your bank’s information.
Review the account information and click Add Bank Account.
