في ما يخص إستعادة الكلمة السرية للبايبل خاصتي تراسلنا ووصلت الأمور إلى رسالة من موظفهم لم أفهمها خاصة فيما يخص الخطوة الأولى من الخطوات الخمس

1. Click on the first link that you will find in your web mail.
2. Enter these 5-digits code 52515
3. Change the security questions and the password.
4. click on submit
5. Try to log in using the new password.

يطلبون منك أن تضغط على الرابط الأول الذي هو في الإيميل, ثم تدخل الأرقام 52515, قم بتغيير أجوبة الأسئلة السرية بعدها أضغط على "submit" ثم جرب الدخول إلى حسابك بالباسورد الجديد

أنا فهمت واش يقولو في الرسالة لكن لم أعرف أي رابط يريدون وأيضا لم يرسلوا مع الرسالة أي رابط
لو فكرت في مراسلتهم من جديد واش نقلهم

أخبرهم أن يعيدوا إرسال رابط تغيير الباسوورد من جديد
