كنت قد اشتريت هاتف على موقع على اكسبرس وبعد الدفع بعدة أيام أبلغني البائع بأن متجره سغلق لذالك على أن ألغي الشراء
وكان نص الرسالة
Dear friend
As a honest seller, we are sorry to infrom you that our store will stop working in a month, because some reason in our company.
So we cann't send you package to you now.
if possible could you pls cancel this order , and could you pls choose the reason
"buyer don't want this product any more" or "buyer made the same orders" or "other reason"?
So we can agree it soon ,and you can use the refund buy something else

قد تم في المتجر أن انتهت العملية فكان الناتج
