لقد قمت بإرسال رسالة إلى فريق دعم بايزا أطلب منهم إعادة تشغيل البطاقة مسبقة الدّفع، وكان الرّدّ هكذا:

I regret to inform you that we are no longer accepting new Payza prepaid card orders. In order to provide the best possible service to our members, we have deemed it necessary to dedicate our full resources to existing prepaid card holders.

Until we are able to provide the same exceptional service globally, we will be focusing on specific key marketplaces. Over the coming months, we will be reviewing the reach of our prepaid program and investigating localized prepaid programs that meet the regional needs and requirements of our international members in an effort to provide better service and more cost-effective features.
