help me to have a certeficate in english !

hi evryone .. please i need help ! .. i'm at the university studying chamistry ..but i want to have another diplomate in english (not lmd diplomate ) have anyone know what should i do to have a known certeficate ... ps: i asked about toefel but its not interresting because it last for only 2 years and doesn't help me in my carreer as a chemist !

you have to consult the British Council in Algeria

i've already did ..they told me the only certeficate available is toefel or ielts but it's used just in travels in order to have a visa or something like that

You may have a certaficate from a private school

go ahead for TOEFL or IELTS. It is very important not only for traveling but also for improving your English as a master in it. TOEFL or IELTS needs extra efforts to get'em not easy as you imagine. If you did not like them, you could choose private institutes.
