الاخوة الكرام لقد أردت تحويل مبلغ من المال من paypal الى payoneer فواجهت مشكلة وكانت الرسالة الآتية :
We're sorry - we could not transfer your available balance to your preferred card or bank account. Please correct this problem by 3/19/2015 to make sure you can continue to receive and withdraw payments.
Add a different Visa card or bank account in the U.S.
بعدها قمت بالاستفسار في موقع payoneer عبر Live chat فطلبوا مني أن أبعث لهم صورة للمشكل من الحاسوب فقمت بذلك و بعدها راسلوني عبر الايميل و كان نص الرسالة كالتالي :
We are pleased to confirm that we have changed your US Payment service account per your request.
To view the details of your new US Payment Service please follow these instructions:
a. Please go to www.payoneer.com
b. Click on "My Account"
c. Click on "Services"
d. Click on "US Payment Service"
Please update all your paying initiators\companies with the new US Payment Service number.
We would like to remind you that The US Payment Service account cannot be charged and is intended only for loading money to your Payoneer card.
Please do not try to use the account for outgoing payments in the future.
